Hollyseal? PVC foam is a closed-cell polyvinyl chloride foam designed to provide an economical solution for sealing light, air and moisture. It can provide performance that meets various application scenarios by adjusting the density,hardness,thickness and resilience of the foam. It is very suitable for various applications such as body damping,door and window sealing, water tank sealing, HVAC sealing, and electronic product cushioning application.
We manufacture finished goods in main types of PVC foam, which are:
●Quick recovery foams – where the material immediately recovers after compression
●Slow recovery PVC foams – ideal for filling irregular surfaces
Product feature
●30% compression provides an excellent seal against light, dust and water
●Conforms to curved and irregular shapes
●Good recovery after compression
●Good vibration dampening and cushioning
●Resistant to weather, UV rays and chemical
●Thicknesses from 1 mm up to 25 mm
●Passes FMVSS 302
